Spay Day USA officially falls on the last Tuesday of February. This national day of action was created by the Doris Day Animal League in 1994 to promote the spaying and neutering of companion animals. Operation SPOT is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in St. Louis and surrounding areas by providing free or low-cost spay/neuter programs, along with public information on responsible pet guardianship. So far our programs have been able to spay/neuter over 36,000 dogs and cats. Operation SPOT invites you to take a stand against pet overpopulation by sitting down to a SPAYghetti dinner and auction in observance of the 21st Annual Spay Day USA.
The auctions will include wonderful gift baskets, gift certificates, treats to pamper yourself, artwork, sports items, and lots of things for animal lovers.
Special items will be featured in a live auction.
Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted.
