Prashanth’s experience spans 12 years in the field of Sales, Marketingand HR Management. He has worked with industry big wigs likeMudra, Titan, JTI, etc...

He has extensive expertise in designing, developing and implementingstrategic talent management programs for all levels of staff across anumber of industries.

He has an innate ability to partner with clients to successfully executetalent acquisition strategies focused on recruitment, retention anddiversity while maintaining a focus on cost containment.

His specialities include : Metrics, active and passive sourcing plans,SLAs, salary negotiation, recruitment strategy and processimprovement, college relations and coaching.

His last assignment was as the GM - Operations in Vati Consulting.
