Conservas Emperatriz is a canned seafood and canned vegetables producer company. We produce almost
the 90% of the products we sell in our new and modern facilities built up in 2006 and although it´s a
family bussines, we employee more than 70 people in our factory located in Autol where we set up the
company more than 50 years ago. We have two different producing areas: seafood, vegetables and ready
meals, and we manufacture them in jars, cans, tins or trays; though we are specialized in jars and trays.
Regarding to seafood, we produce tuna, white tuna, salmon, cod, sardines, white tuna belly, surimi,
mackarel or swordfish... Regarding to vegetables, we produce cultivated and wild mushrooms, mushroom
salads, peppers, artichokes, asparagus, tomato, legumes, pickles... All of them in brine, in olive oil, extra
virgin olive oil, spices, sunflower oil and much more since we adapt to our customers’ needs. Organic
products are also produced in our factory as well as MSC (sustainable fishery) ones and kosher. FDA register

Arriezu Vineyards is a young wine cellar founded with the goal of producing the best organic wine with
their own vineyards grapes. From the hand of José Félix Arriezu, our CEO and founder, who after years
of study and projects, decided to start with his own adventure, which began with the project of
choosing the best vineyards.
This way, nowadays he has 72 Has attached to D.O.C. Rioja, where “Finca los Mejicanos” stands out.
It is a 43 Has parcel from where you can see the Ebro’s valley and a sea of vineyards, that curiously is
the origin of more than the 25% of the actual Rioja’s vineyard, due to the inexhaustible source of
production of Tempranillo graft plant during a lot of years.
On the other hand, in Pozaldez, Arriezu Vineyars counts with 71 Has attached to D.O. Rueda. Is in the
“Finca la Sombría” where the Verdejo shows it maximum expression.
Our wines count with a great amount of awards in national and international contests. A good
example of this is Prowein, celebrated in Germany, where in three consecutive years our wines
100% organic D.O. Rueda have been awarded with gold medals and special categories such as “Best
show of Rueda”; or the award “Best Value” in the CWSA of Hong Kong.

BODEGA SEÑORIO DE LAS VIÑAS.SL. From ends of XIX century, four generations of the Viteri`s family
have devoted themselves to cultivate the grapevine in the Rioja Alavesa Area. The Vineyards of this
family winery have a middle age of 60 years and spread over the regions of Laserna and Laguardia,
achieving, year after year limited yields and ideal ripeness that produce grapes of balanced
composition an wines with a very expressive character. The vines are cultivated in a number of parcels,
all under four hectares in extension and all very close to our winery location. This has made our wines
have complex structure and personality derived from the terrior of these parcels for generations. Our
wines have been exported during the last three years and have received international recognition and
awards. Using the most advanced technology in a modern winery in the centre of Laserna, we make
about 250.000 litres of wine, most of which is red plus a small amount of white and rose. The racemes
are harvested by hand, in the traditional vintage baskets of 20 kg capacity avoiding the deterioration
of the grape assuring it arrives at the winery in ideal conditions without problems of oxidation.

Intense color, deep ruby red.
Complex with the intense of the aging in the french and american oak. Evolution aromas are
predominant with a hint of red fruit mermelade and spices notes.
Juicy and elegant tanins with vibrant acidity which highlights roundness and the middle palate. The
elegance of the oak reminds the evolution of the orange peel notes and spices. Persistent fruit despite
the age.

CRIANZA COLONO DE TUS OJOS 2015 Intense cherry red color and lively, with garnet tones without notes evolution.
Powerful, elegant and rich in nuances. It highlights the strength of its fruitiness. Dominate memories of
red fruits and some hints of scrubland (balsamic, herbs). Surprised by the breadth and richness of a
well-defined and well crimped nuances; There mineral funds (graphite) from the gravel floor that
supports the vineyard.
Very good structure, fleshy and especially round with firm tannins but well worked by breeding, which
provides a velvety touch that fits well with your fat texture. It is loud and noble strength, great balance
and power remarkable range of flavors and aromas of mouth. Long persistence, with fruity taste good
crimp with mineral and spicy notes.

RESERVA SEÑORIO DE LAS VIÑAS 2009
Intense and deep ruby red color, with orange lights hints of evolution.
Intense nose with a well noted aging aromas like orange skin, tobacco and spices. The fruit it´s still
present in the nose with ripe notes of berries like cassis and black berry.
Deep and delicate mouth, delicate and elegant tannins and a complex black nose which remember
notes of leather an evolution, soft lactic end.

Bodegas Amézola de la Mora is a family owned winery in Rioja Alta, which offers classic Riojas with a
modern touch that have been rated between 90+ and 94 points by Robert Parker, Tim Atkin MW and
James Suckling.
In his Rioja Report 2018, Tim Atkin MW said that "Amézola de la Mora does a fantastic job of making
traditional wines with a modern touch."
The winery is owned and managed by Maria and Cristina Amézola, who source the grapes from the
family's 60 hectares that surround the winery. The vineyards were planted by their father Iñigo,
between 1970 and 1981 and therefore have an average age of over 40 years old.
Maria and Cristina continue the family tradition of crafting balanced and elegant Rioja wines.

features of the bodega’s style. 2020-26

Bodegas Castillo de Mendoza is the result of the Mendoza family's passion for wine. It was born in 1994,
when Eloy Antonio Mendoza recovered the family tradition of several generations devoted to viticulture
and wine making, and founded his own winery in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja. Our 35 ha of
own vineyards have an average age of 45 years, are located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja Alta,

The elegance and maturity of our wines is achieved thanks to a fruit of excellent quality always
collected manually, a selection in fruit-to-fruit table, a malolactic fermentation in new French and

Bodegas Castillo de Sajazarra began in 1973 with the purchase of the castle by the Líbano family
and its recovery as a place for the elaboration and aging of wines that it had had in the past. The
current building in the castle gardens creates an environment of unique beauty, together with the
surrounding vineyard, forming an authentic "chateau". Currently there are almost 50 hectares of
own vineyards in production (mainly tempranillo, but also graciano and garnacha) in the most
extreme area of Rioja Alta, which gives our wines a day in the Atlantic character. The soils are
calcareous and very poor clay, so the average productions range between 4,000 and 6,000 kilos per
hectare. To get to achieve a perfect political maturity, expect a harvest very late, finish doing during
the month of November. All the wines that we obtain in the elaboration after the American and
French oak barrels, between 18 and 30 months, depended on the final product to be obtained. Apart
from our Rioja reds we also produce a white and a rosé within the Denomination of Origin Alella, the
names of the vineyards that we have in the place known as "Bell-Lloc" (beautiful place) located in
the Catalan municipality of La Roca del Vallés.

Small family winery. Our philosophy "Rioja en Cuerpo y Alma" focuses on preserving the varietal
characteristics of the grape and transmitting through it the stamp and typicity of La Rioja. We
always look for the varietal purity and the own character of the fruit from a vineyard in balance, self-
regulated, able to produce quality grapes with what the medium provides and what its production
demands.
These ideas are achieved through shallow soils, on hillside, with little organic matter and only the
necessary water supply, in this way the grape produced by the plant is a true reflection of its character,

harvested by hand, in 15 kgs cases, the vinification is made with the minimal intervention, patience and

The must was extracted following cold maceration with the pomace and then fermented in stainless-
steel tanks at around 16 ºC in order to preserve the varietal aromas. Once the alcoholic fermentation
was completed, the wine was macerated for an extended period on fine lees.
PRODUCT - Vega Vella Rosé (Organic)
100% Grenache.
The must was cold-macerated with the pomace for between 18 and 24 hours. It was then extracted and
fermented at around
18 ºC, allowing the native yeasts to respect the natural aromas of the grape variety. After the alcoholic
fermentation, the wine was then macerated for an extended period on fine lees.

4 months in French oak barrel
The must was extracted following cold maceration with the pomace and then fermented in
stainless-steel tanks.
Alcoholic fermentation took place in medium toasted French oak barrels at a temperature of 16 ºC in
order to ensure a slow, natural process. Once fermentation was completed, the wine was aged on fine
lees for three months.
PRODUCT - Vega Vella Crianza (Organic)
80% Tempranillo /10% Graciano/ 10% Grenache. 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
Prepared according to the traditional method in order to ensure maximum respect for the qualities of
each variety. Aged for 12 months in barrels of american and french oak, followed by a suitable period
of bottle-ageing.

80% Tempranillo / 15% Grenache / 5% Graciano

It is a collection in which the winery opts for wines with greater character and individuality and
which, initially, features four types: a Garnacha “Cepas Viejas”, an oak-fermented Tempranillo

wines are clearly "terroir" in style: elegance and expression are the hallmarks. The grapes come from
our oldest and most select vines and the wines are aged in the finest barrels from the most select
French cooperages. These are very limited numbered editions which depend entirely on the

This wine is made from a selection of grapes from our best vineyards which after meticulous
winemaking it remains in American and French oak barrels for at least 24 months and continues its
ageing process in the bottle for at least 12 more months. It has an intense red color. It is complex, rich
and elegant to the nose, with intense aromas. It shows good ageing with the tannins of a big wine
and brings to mind ripe fruit.

Made with carefully selected Tempranillo and Graciano grapes from our oldest and best family owned
vineyards. Its maceration and fermentation is done at an average (82.4ºF) temperature for a period of

and American oak barrels for 10 months. After that, it is bottled, where it remains until it is released.

Murua is situated on a small hill just outside Elciego (Álava), heading towards Laguardia. It has
belonged to the Masaveu Family since 1974, and is a classical reference in Rioja Alavesa. Its wines,

of the vines are more than 60 years old. With these older vines, Murua makes classical and elegant
wines which express the personality and spirit of this land to perfection. Since the beginning, Murua

Vinification: After being de-stemmed, the grapes are cold macerated during five days before
making the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25º C.
This wine is aged for six months in french and american oak barrels; after that it is kept inside the
bottles for another six months before it is released into the market.
Visual: Beautiful cherry red color. Clean and bright.
Olfactory: In the nose red fruit aromas stand out within some floral fragrances typical of our

This wine is made on the basis of careful selection of viura, verdejo, chardonnay and tempranillo
blanco grapes from our own vineyards. After light pressing the free-run juice is obtained and flows
into stainless steel tanks, where it is slightly clarified before being macerated together with the grape
skins in order to bring out its maximum aromatic potential. Once this process has been completed, the
juice is places in new French oak barrels where alcoholic fermentation takes place followed by aging on
the lees for about four months.

The tempranillo grapes are, first, selected in the vineyard. The boxes with the grapes arrive to our
premises where a further double selection process takes place: the first one automatic and the
second one manual alter which the best grapes are obtained. These will ferment in our French oak

San Esteban was the first cooperative winery built in La Rioja (1953) and was composed of 16
members at that time. A modest modernization of the facilities started in the 80s by incorporating
stainless steel tanks. In 2000 a major expansion was approved, with the latest technology in terms of
production and bottling. The origin of the grapes is exclusively from our own vineyards. Our
vineyard includes 550 hectares of old vines, the oldest is from 1900. Located where the Jubera River
meets the Leza River, our vineyards are planted on clay-ferrous soils at an altitude between 407 and
420 meters. The Mediterranean climate has well distributed rainfall throughout the year. The result is
the highest quality of grapes, whose production is naturally regulated by the natural water
experienced by the plant. The experience and enthusiasm of our grape growers, advised by our
experts, do the rest, thus obtaining outstanding results of our best terroirs. The grapes which
constitute the basis for our wines enter inside the winery at their optimum level of ripeness and
under total oenological control. There is meticulous expert advice from technical staff at vineyards

vinification methods. To file down the edges that these methods impinge on the palate, at
Vallemayor we have subjected the grapes to prior destemming and, after fermentation, only
natural filtering. Finally, we have stabilised all the nuances with a brief four-month stay in new

Made with grapes from 5 hectares of vineyards in “La Cerradilla” estate, with vines over 60 years
old and a limited production of 4,000 kg of grapes per hectare. This vineyard is located on an
unirrigated slope facing northwest, owned by the Pérez Foncea family.
Cherry-red; clean with a good rim. High colour intensity.
A harmonious combination of fruity aromas from the Tempranillo and new French oak. Hints of vanilla,
liquorice and peppercorns. Very persistent.
Tannins are fruity, the toasty notes of the oak gradually emerge as the wine is enjoyed. Smooth and
amiable in the mouth. Aftertaste of cherries and red berries; smooth and long.
PRODUCT - VALLEMAYOR BARREL FERMENTED WHITE 2017
This wine is a rarity. The grapes come from Viura vines that are more than 60 years old, planted on
the Valdemudo dryland estate, which are harvested when they achieve optimum ripeness.
This allows us to force the structural parameters of the wine in order to gets its utmost expression. The
few small grapes that are picked are destemmed and subjected to a double fermentation process in
five new French Allier barrels, where the wine is also stabilised for a period of six months.
We get a limited number of bottles of dry white wine with an extraordinary wealth of nuances. The
ripe fruit aromas mingle with notes of vanilla and liquorice and toasty hints from the wood,
producing an overwhelming nose. Powerful yet clean in the mouth, with a good attack.

time, two minority grapes which are exclusive to Rioja: Tempranillo Blanco and Maturana Blanca. The
three varieties come from estate-owned vineyards grown by the Vivanco family in di erent terroirs
across Rioja.

For the first time since our launch on the market, we have included a white variety in our usual blend
of Tempranillo and Garnacha.
This innovation, brought about through the use of Garnacha Blanca, allows us to get closer to Rioja
wine culture and to a a particular wine, ‘clarete’. These wines are made mostly with white grapes, with
a small amount of red grapes being added. The result is a more refreshing, paler wine. With the
addition of Garnacha Blanca, we achieve many of those attributes and turn our rosé into a unique

The Heras Cordon family tradition in wine production can be traced back to the end of the 19th
century, when the family built the first cellars in their hometown of Lapuebla de Labarca in the
Alaves area of the Rioja. At the start of the 1990s, a vineyard was purchased in Fuenmayor, a
municipality in the Rioja. This was the ideal location for the construction of the new installations
which the winery continues to use to date. This construction began in 1995. Aiming to maintain
traditional features, stones were bought for the construction of the winery from abandoned 19th
century railway stations. A 10 meters deep excavation was made in the warehouses to allow the
aged and reserve wines to rest and mature. Construction of the new installations concluded in 2001,
the same year as the first HERAS CORDON wine was produced in the new installations – classified by
the Regulatory Board as an excellent harvest and a vintage of the century. There are fifty hectares
on the property for the production of these great wines, plus the acquisition of the harvest from a
further sixty hectares from local farmers who are assessed to ensure excellent grapes are obtained.
All the vineyards are in two sub-areas of great prestige and high quality: Rioja Alta (Cenicero,
Fuenmayor and Navarrete), and Rioja Alavesa (Laguardia, Elciego and Lapuebla de Labarca). Later,
in 2004, the “HERAS CORDON BOTTLER’S CLUB” was started: 142 customers receive their bottles in
accordance with an annual consumption agreement, wherein they are allowed to use the
installations and personalise their bottles. At the end of 2005, a private restaurant (capacity: 50
people) and a function room (capacity: 30 people) were opened for the exclusive use of the winery
and members of the bottler’s club. The near future will see the opening of a warehouse to house the
end product, a shop to sell wines and a small hotel with 8 rooms for customers and friends.

experience and tradition in Rioja. With delicacy we care for our vineyards with the same attention to
detail, to improve each local variety during our totally handpicked harvest, making sure these is a
selection on the vine to bring only the best grapes to the winery. In our wine cellar,French and
American oak barrels live in harmony, and offer us a unique feature in each variety. In the barrels
area the perfectly blended wines which fuse fruity aromas and the delicious flavours of the grape
with the delicate improvement to its taste which the wine acquires after resting in the barrels. Our
winery is located in the earth of La Rioja which is situated in the delimited production area by
Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja. It’s surrounded by Tempranillo vineyards which thanks to
a selected and handpicked harvest we use to make the wines. The geographic characteristics of the
area have contributed to create a perfectly natural marked and enclosed area which benefits from
the confluence of Atlantic and Mediterranean climates which give us clement weather and annual
rainfall of more than 400l/m2, perfect conditions to grow the vine. Our main strengths: Family
winery founded in 1957. Vast experience exporting: 90% of the production. We actually export to 15
countries in Europe, America and Asia and we are looking to expand our international distribution.
We would like to build long term business relations. Diverse range of wines with different styles and
regions: DOCa Rioja and DO Navarra. We combine tradition and new technologies in our productive

the time, where the writer spent a lot of his time and it must surely have been the inspiration for
many of his fables (The Fox and the Grapes, The Cicada and the Ant, The Dairymaid). La Escobosa is
undoubtedly one of the most unique spots in the whole of Rioja Alavesa and it is precisely this fact
that led to the company, over 45 years ago now, to name its first wine Solar de Samaniego. One of

Architect and graduate in Business, he cultivates personally the old vineyards that his family has

He makes his wine since 2011 in the small family winery, located in Badarán, Rioja Alta.

With an age of almost 40 years, it has native varieties as Viura and Tempranillo and experimental in

Following a winter with moderate rainfall and lacking frost, a dry spring with an early
good budbreaking arrived. Moderate canopy size adapted well to this lack of water.
In June, some rainstorms were beneficial. July was very dry and grapes changed its colour ten
days earlier than usual.
In September daily temperatures fell down and were cold at night time. Very balanced ripening. An
exceptional year with an outstanding quality until 12th of October, when it started raining.

The winter was wet, early spring was dry and there was plenty of rain during the flowering season
which caused millerandage and in turn resulted in open and well- aired clusters.
July and August were dry. There was virtually no rain. There were no phytosanitary problems and
almost no treatments were needed.
Some light rains in September and October that allowed and excellent vintage production. Varieties:

own vineyards with the average age of vines 35 - 50 years in the most natural way possible (almost
no use of chemical pesticides to grow grapes, low-yielding vineyards, hand-picking, no heavy
manipulation etc.). Hacienda el Ternero wines aren’t the typical “Riojas”. We have much cooler
climate at our wine- farm at 650-700 MASL. This is the highest altitude for the production of
Tempranillo and Viura in the whole DOCa. Our wines are kind of Atlantic “Riojas”. Drawing a straight
line to the Basque coast, we are the closest Rioja cellar to the Atlantic ocean and we have a strong
Atlantic climate influence here. This allows the grapes to ripen slowly, boost the flavor and aromatic
qualities and enhance the acidity. The result are unique wines with their own personality that stay a
bit apart from the rest of the wines from this appelation.

HACIENDA EL TERNERO BLANCO FERMENTADO EN BARRICA
Viura is the principal white variety planted in DOCa Rioja. This variety allows making fruity wines
with floral aromas and crispy acidity – being ideal for production of young white wines and white
wines to be aged.
Hacienda el Ternero Blanco fermentado en Barrica is made in a traditional way as the white wines
in Rioja.
The wine is fermented in new French oak barrels where it ages on its lees for a period of 4 months afterwards.
Finally the wine is bottled and left to stand in the cellar at least 6 months before being launched to
the market.
Intense straw yellow color, with light pale gold notes. Fine and elegant on the nose with sweet
pineapple jam, pastry shop and almond-tree flower notes. Tropical fruits and fruits in syrup notes,
such as pear or apple. Full, fresh and rounded on the palate with balanced acidity, a long presence
and sweet undertones.

TORNO HACIENDA EL TERNERO CRIANZA
After a slow alcoholic fermentation the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains in a
stainless-steel tank for several months. The wine is then passed over to the French oak barrels where
it remains for a minimum of 12 months. Finally the wine is bottled and left to stand in the cellar at
least a year before being launched to the market.
Attractive purplish color. Violets and white flowers aromas on a background of vanilla. Hints of
cherries as it breathes in the glass. Fresh and well structured on the palate with a caramel aftertaste.

HACIENDA EL TERNERO CRIANZA SELECCIÓN
After a slow alcoholic fermentation the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains in in a
stainless-steel tank for several months. The wine is then passed over to the French oak barrels where
it remains for a minimum of 14 -16 months. Finally the Wine is bottled and left to stand in the cellar
at least a year before being launched to the market.
Intense ruby red colour with violent rim. Flowery aromas with red fruit tones as it pens up in the glass.
On the palate, smooth with balsamic notes and a balanced acidity, making it a full-bodied wine.

After a slow alcoholic fermentation the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak
barrels and remains there for a minimum period of 18 months. Finally the wine is bottled and left to
stand in the cellar for 24 months before being launched to the market.
Cherry red colour, with wild fruit aromas, such as blueberries and blackberries, in perfect harmony with
spicy aromas and vanilla. The palate is fresh and round, recalling flavors of black fruit and spice scrub.
Ageing wine in limited edition.

After a slow alcoholic fermentation the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in tight/fine-grained
new French oak barrels and remains there for a minimum period of 20 months. Finally the wine is

Cherry red colour with violet tones. Intense nose, with hints of black fruit jam, hardwoods; slightly toasty
aroma with notes of caramel and balsamic undertones. Aftertaste with a touch of liquorice tannins.

After numerous generations dedicated to vine cultivation, in 1998 the Ruiz Jiménez family started to
produce its own wines, searching the best quality. Knowing that a good wine starts with the soil, the
