This spacious house with separate guest apartment is located close to Ibiza, just a few minutes away from the luxurious nautical port Marina Botafoch and the beaches of Talamanca, S'Estanyol or Sa Punta.

From there you can enjoy lovely sea views and the view over the pool and the fabulous terrace areas.

The entire lounge transmits an appealing cosiness, certainly influenced by the fireplace and the light incidence caused by the numerous sliding glass doors, distributed over the entire front.

The pool and the pool terrace are surrounded by Mediterranean plants transmitting a wonderful southern ambience. On the right hand side of the terraces we find a spacious storage room being connected to the double garage.
Going down a few steps past a fish pond, we reach the separate guest apartment with a spacious, private terrace. Three sliding glass doors grant the living room a bright, welcoming atmosphere. This guest apartment, consisting of a combined living-/ bedroom with dining area, kitchen and a bathroom, makes everyone feel comfortable.
