Things to be aware of

• In 1st term of P1, grammar is not part of the rubric framework

• In 1st term of P1, “details” are mainly adjectives of numbers, colours, a sentence not modelled in the lesson, etc.

• When students write simple sentences, punctuation and spelling is often correct
