Put warm pillows of chamomile on their eyes and on their lower backs. Use themicrowave….be careful not to burn them. You may want to use oval cotton pads wetthem below the eye pillows.
If you don’t have enough revolve it. Try to get them to relax, talk about a quiet special
place where they can go that brings them peace. No iphones or cell; phones OFF!
Then, be quiet and let the music play and have total silence.
