Procedure :

• Dress code – must be in uniform provided by the

company

• No Loitering during officehours.

Policy :

• Soak bean overnight, then grind finely while addingwater

• Put soybean in a cheese cloth and squeeze milk., then

boil the soy milk for at least 10 minutes

• Stir and add gulaman

• Allow to boil for another 10 minutes

• Pass the mixture through a cheese cloth then put in a

molder

• Cool and serve with syrup and sago
