Monitoring Program
Our mission is to ensure learning for all students, all day, everyday!
What is AAMP? Academic Achievement Monitoring Program Aims to ensure success for ALL students An intervention program that requires
teachers to identify struggling students and get them the help they need through required after school help sessions
Initiation If a student is earning a D or F in ANY
class, a classroom teacher will initiate the AAMP placement process with a letter and teacher-student conference.
The student will then conference with the grade level administrator or counselor.
Finally, the student will bring the AAMP letter home to inform his/her parents.
Student RequirementsStudents must attend AAMP after school help sessions.
AAMP students may not participate in any other after school activities EXCEPT for help sessions.
Release RequestWhen ALL grades are brought up to at least a C, the student may request to be released from AAMP.
