The Time Warner Cable Southern California Operations- West Region currently seeks an Account Manager for our Sales Department in our Cerritos, CA office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Account Manager position is a consultative outbound telemarketing/field position within our Business Services commercial sales team. Individuals in this position are responsible for the upsell of voice, data and video services to existing customers, as well as the renewal, retention and winback of customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Upsell existing customers and contract renewal within the Mid-market and Enterprise segments

Field sales activities, with occasional travel to customer locations

Responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota in data, phone and video sales

Develops customer centric solutions and delivers sales proposals on product benefits

Clearly understands and communicates the company's value proposition

Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information

Works with the Account Executive and Account Consultant teams to insure timely handoff of sold accounts for ongoing management and retention

Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel

Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred (Business-related field).

Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position. POSITION SUMMARY: This position will plan, budget, design, and provide documentation of cable plant, headend and hubsite engineering projects. To design and integrate new technology and services into existing system architecture. To ensure plant, system and network technical models and builds meet all Time Warner Corporate and Division specifications. To establish specifications, procedures and tests, and to test equipment and designs to confirm expected performance and objective standards of quality.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develops and institutes procedures to insure tracking and documentation of all changes and

additions to plant infrastructure in real, or near real time. Enhances headend design diagrams to detail in order to allow technician to assess configuration

levels to specific equipment, verify input and output connections and source or destination. Reviews the validity and soundness of plant infrastructure to improve reliability and quality of

service with the minimal risk of interruption of services that would impact customers. Assists in the development and management of annual capital and expense budget related to

engineering projects in order to support defined objectives. Collaborates with Construction, Technology Deployment, and RDC departments on new

technology deployment to enrich customer growth. Collaborates with RNOC (Network health), to ensure activation, turn up, and testing of network

components related to system transport. Assists in the development of scope of work, project plans, and timelines for deployment of

engineering projects to ensure implementation and completion. Implements defined facilities designs and Environmental Engineering standards to meet

compliance standards. Develops HFC Engineering standards for design and configuration to meet Time Warner

specifications. Acts as Engineering Subject Matter Expert to Construction and Commercial Services departments

for new builds and launches of new product to ensure product performance and standard of quality are met.

Assists in the implementation of Advanced Video by testing equipment to confirm expected performance and standard of quality are met.

Reviews plant infrastructure and develops a plan that returns technical block diagrams and flow diagrams depicting our present state at all headend and hub locations. These drawings should enable a technician to follow, at a high level, the flow of signals into and out of the building.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Network or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training and experience is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to supervise the contracts administration department which maintains contracts data base and repository, as well as contracts analysis including performance requirements, special provisions and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with law, regulations, Corporate Policy and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manages, develops trains, motivates, and evaluates staff.

Manages reviews of proposals, contracts, and programs and maintains contracts and related data in contract software.

Manages audits of new and existing contracts, and advises management of potential problems related to performance or compliance to contract requirements.

Prepares reports for use in analysis of proposal and contract activities

Manages liaisons with clients in the negotiation and administration of contracts and agreements.

Manages tracking of documentation of vendor services, including preparing routine schedules, amendments and SOWs with attorney’s supervision and gathering and maintaining vendor information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university required, legal training a plus.

industry, and dynamic work environment required.
