2013 Attendee Incentive ProgramTo qualify for this program you must meet the following criteria: be an SCDA member; have not attended the SCDA Annual Session since 2006; agree to stay two nights at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach (host hotel) during the 2013 program dates and attend at least two CE classes. If you meet these criteria you might be eligible for a $350 credit towards your Annual Session expenses. Under the terms of this program, we are limiting it to the fi rst 50 qualifi ed participants. Participants will need to submit a copy of their CE form along with proof of stay at the Embassy Suites. Once that is processed, participants will receive a check in the amount of $350, within 30 days following the Annual Session. If you want to apply for this program, please mark the appropriate box on the registration form or through the on-line registration process.

Confi rmation PacketsConfi rmation packets, to include badges, ribbons and event tickets, will be mailed to pre-registered conference attendees starting at the end of March. If you do not receive yours or have changes, please contact our registration company at the phone number or email address above. All registrations processed after April 19, will need to pick-up their materials on-site.

CancellationsIf you should have to cancel, refunds for registration will be made less a $25 administration fee upon receipt of written request received by fax or email on or before March 22. No refunds will be issued after that date and all refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
