BRANKO PREBANDAManaging Principal

As Principal in Charge, Branko provides over 30 years of experience and leadership on both small and large scale retail projects. Since joining the firm in 1979, he has successfully guided the continued growth of P+R’s retail portfolio which includes national clients such as The Kroger Company, Best Buy, Fresh & Easy and Vons/Safeway, among others. Branko has diversified the firm’s retail reach to include prototype design and proto-keeping, roll-out programs and TI implementation.

While Branko doesn’t actively ride, he does lead a championship team of senior footballers, and travels the nation competing. That competitive spirit, along with his distinct understanding of proto roll-out is why we’re excited for him to lead our SoulCycle efforts.

JONATHAN LOPEZ, LEED APDesign Director

Jonathan leads project visioning with diverse range of architectural and planning design experience. He has designed numerous award-winning and published projects of various building typologies both nationally and internationally. He also contributes strong background in developing innovative architectural interiors and strategic programming with a core focus on specialty retail and creative workplace.

Jonathan is a passionate and avid rider at SoulCycle SoCal locations, and has been riding for 3 years. He looks forward to putting on even more miles in the future!

DAMON PRESSMANProject Manager

With over 16 years of experience working on commercial projects from luxury retail, outlet malls, destination and lifestyle centers, Damon’s focus is on design and management of retail tenant improvements. Damon is an Accredited LEED Professional and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from University of Southern California with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning.

DAVID SHELDONDirector of Business Development

David oversees P+R Architects’ global business development and client relations strategies. David develops relationships with prospective clients while collaborating with the design team to articulate the clients’ vision for their projects. He maintains his engagement throughout the life of a project to ensure client messaging and vision is met.
