Location and Office Infrastructures:SOS is located in Dhapasi, Kathmandu, capital city of Nepal to suit our client’s requirement and the candidates as well. With the availability of 54,280 sq.ft. of office space in the heart of the city, we have accommodated multiple recruitment facilities within our office premises. In-house Facilities
Appropriate Training is an integral part of Human Resource
placement globally. At SOS, we recognize the significance of value
added by training the available workforce to improve the quality of
our overseas clients and potential candidates in search of better
economic employment opportunities abroad. In addition to providing
technical training, SOS also conducts routine orientation programs
to facilitate accurate information flow to the workers going overseas.
Vision Technical Training Institute was established in March 1996.
This modern state of the art training facility is situated alongside
SOS Headquarters in Kathmandu. The 25000 sq. feet facility has
specialized training divisions for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and
Metal Works trade.
In addition, a separate floor size of 400 sq. feet is dedicated to
logistics and facility management training that includes
specialized trainings for the hospitality industry. The trainers at
Vision Technical Training Institute are Gulf veterans with
extensive experience and familiarity with the modern
construction, engineering and fabrication systems with
multinationals like Saudi Aramco. Vision Technical Training
Institute plays a crucial role in SOS's commitment to undertake
appropriate labor supply on Turnkey basis or stand alone ad-hoc
basis. The institute also runs regular courses on contractual
basis in line with the Government of Nepal's Center for
Technical and Vocational Training (CTEVT).

Medical Fitness is one of the key qualifiers for anyone seeking employment overseas. Taking into consideration
the strict and mandatory medical test requirements in most GCC countries, Vision Medical Center has been
setup inside the premises of company to deliver a quick and reliable quality testing. Vision Medical Center is
equipped with modern pathology laboratory and a sophisticated X Ray service. Candidates seeking overseas
employment undergo variety of medical tests including Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis, Pulmonary & respiratory
disorders, etc. at Vision Medical Center. Confidentiality and appropriate referrals to specialized centers in the
country are routinely maintained by the Center. Currently, efforts are being made to continuously upgrade the
quality and service standard to an international level and acquire Saudi Arabia's GAMCA certification.

Tourism is one of Nepal's major foreign currency reserve earners. Estimated half a million tourists visit Nepal each year generating over a billion Rupees turnover annually. Sierra International Travel & Tours was initially established to tap into this market. Sierra International is strategically located at the North Gate of Narayanhiti Museum (formerly the Royal Palace) in downtown Kathmandu. This modern office space is the newest addition to the Group's portfolio of physical infrastructure. SI has extensive experience in high volume international labor market air ticketing operation working closely with major GCC airlines such as Qatar Airways, Gulf Air, Bahrain Air, and Air Arabia. SI is also a member of NATTA and JATA. In November 2008, the company re-launched its Tours portfolio with exciting products primarily catering the GCC and South Korea.
