Attach the bed head [1] to the side panels [3] and [4] as shown using 4x 20mm screws (D) and tighten with the 5mm allen key (I). Do not completely tighten the screws until the complete frame is built.

Attach the bed end [2] to the side panels [3] and [4] using 4x 20mm screws (D) and secure with the 5mm allen key (I).

Attach the two outer-leg supports [5] together as shown using 4x 52mm screws (C) and 4x nuts (E). Tighten with the 4mm allen key (H) and the spanner (J).

Attach the cross bar [6] as shown using 4x 12mm screws (A). Tighten with the 4mm allen key (H). Attach the 2x end cross bars [7] using 4x 30mm screws (B) and 4x nuts (E). Tighten with the spanner (J) and 4mm allen key (H).

Attach the ends of the long cross bar [9] with 2x 30mm screws (B) and 2x nuts (E). Secure it in the middle with panel [10] and leg support [8] using 1x 30mm screw (B), 2x 52mm screws (C) and 2x nuts (E). Attach the remaining two leg supports [8] with 2x 30mm screws (B). Tighten with the spanner (J) and 4mm allen key (H). Now tighten all the screws in the completed frame.

Join the bed planks together in the middle of the frame using 14x double caps (G). Attach 28x single caps (F) onto the ends of the bed planks. Insert the planks into the bed frame using the cap ends.
