Sombrio’s footwear division is the result of research, design and testing of a proprietary molecular rubber structure for the bicycle action sports arena. From this application immerged our innovative compound: a high friction rubber durometer that is malleable and conforming to a rider’s platforms for a truly unmatched feel. Our outsole tread pattern features a positive cast lug design that hooks pins, features no catch points and guarantees a consistent grade toe to heel. Our cup sole design is modern, lighter weight and uses less material than traditional versions for unmatched dexterity. Our rocker has a progressive foil to enhance pedal feedback and provide more sensitivity for superior wear. Sombrio’s mission is simple. To improve on 3 elements - TRACTION | DURABILITY | DEXTERITY.

Footwear - Welcome

DURA4RM

Heel and arch support is provided by molded

perforated polyurethane insoles. These Dura4rm

custom shaped insoles provide entire foot impact

resistance, optimal fit and maximum response.

These inserts are additionally antimicrobial,

breathable and feather weight.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

AERIOLE

Custom molded and die cut Aeriole EVA foam mid-

soles provide comfort and light weight cushioning.

LOGO LUG

Our outsole tread pattern features a positive cast

Logo lug design that hooks pins, features no catch

points, and guarantees a consistent grade toe to

heel — for an uncompromised response.

S-FOIL

Sombrio’s rocker and sidewall construction has

a progressive S-FoiL to enhance pedal feedback,

provide more sensitivity and dispels the traditional

clunky over sprung toes of yesterday. Combined

with a modern cup sole design, which is lighter

weight and uses less material than traditional

versions for unmatched dexterity — this is

performance you can feel.

FS COMPOUND

Sombrio FS performance rubber technology is

the result of research, design and testing of a

proprietary molecular rubber compound for the

bicycle action sports arena. From this was born

an innovative high friction rubber application that

is both malleable and conforming to the pins of

a rider’s platforms unlike any other. We humbly

believe footwear with FS durometers are the future.

SHAZAM MID w/ LACE COVER

Ka-Pow! Ride like you’re shot out of a cannon? Are you so fast that the

paint peels off your frame? We designed this hybrid, mid top to handle the

rigours of high speed flat pedal shredding. Innovative lace cover, durable

waxed canvas/ suede or action leather uppers keep things tight on the

outside. Our unique graded foam construction, Aeriole midsole and super

kush Dura4rm insoles keep things tight and comfy on the inside.

SLATS HIGH

Lace ‘em up tight or hang the tongues out, the high top Slats are hip meets

flare. Urban styling features a beefy collar design with removable ankle

strap, variable internal lacing system, and a drop back achilles panel that

provides superior mobility yet snug protection. Gusseted tongue, hex

eyelets and double needle stitch set the bar high on these kicks. Not just

a pretty face, as the Slats features our unique graded foam construction,

Aeriole midsole and super kush Dura4rm insoles keep things tight and

comfy on the inside.

LOAM MID

The Loam quickly became the go to shoe for hitting the trails or the town for

core riders everywhere. Performance driven, mid top, design featuring re-

inforced waxed canvas or action leather uppers, gusseted tongue, triple

needle construction toe box, and our proprietary FS rubber sole. Comfort

on the pedals or standing at the bar is provided by our unique graded foam

construction, Aeriole midsole and super kush Dura4rm insoles.
