• Expect sluggish search and data production performance

• Limited reporting (2 reports) and no ability to save searches

• E-discovery searches are manual one time events, expect to run several searches to compile data needed for a discovery event

• Legal hold limited to 5 holds per message (1 already used for archiving policy)
