Transparent Implementation of Credt Risk Rating Models The Model Authoring Platform is the core component for creating and maintaining credit risk rating

models. The Visual Rules Modeler offers a particularly intuitive approach to the graphical implementation of internal rating models. The representation of logic mimics human

thought processes, making it extremely well suited for use by business people.  Along with rating logic, the user interface elements are also specified. The results are rating models and the User

Interface (UI) models that are required for seamless operationalization.  Dynamically Generate User Interfaces for Credit Analysts

Qualitative risk factors are often involved in the assessment of default probabilities, and loss severities and must be evaluated. To that end, the web-based user interface elements (such as data

entry screens) required for the operational rating process are generated dynamically from the UI models. Model changes (for example, the addition of qualitative factors) can thus be transferred directly to the interface. The result? Maximum flexibility of both rating model and user interface.

Perform Credit Risk RatingsThe Rating Manager supports the credit analyst in performing and managing credit risk ratings in a web-based environment. This component provides the required menu structures to select the rating

model and the dynamically generated interfaces for the data entry and results dialogs. Bosch Software Innovations’ Rating Manager can fulfill the most complex requirements of any rating

process.

The main functional characters of the application deal with the redevelopment and the implementation of drafts for real-estates with problems. The main target group for the product are real estate servicer and workout departments of financial institutions. The goal is to help real-estate out of bad running credit commitments back to an effective intrinsic value and to put the real estate again on

the market. Of course, under the premise to generate high sales values for the financing bank as well as for the debtor. As a basis we integrated the hole Due Diligence process for big portfolios.

The application allows the real Estate servicer to offer his customer more quality, transparency and certainly. By using good software he is also able to generate more business The combination of real-

estate economic knowledge of our partners and the use of the most modern technical systems allows us to create transparency and trust. From the beginning you have the possibility to enter, evaluate and

generate all information like tenant lists, contracts, documents, pictures, plans (CONactor-DMS) location-independent. Therefore all data are visible and callable for all project managers and their customers at all time. Furthermore it is possible to transfer information, data and documents in any target system (SAP, Crystal Reports, Excel, etc) This saves not only time, but also avoids mistake, which normally appear

from manual transfers. The professional transaction market in the real estate sector is extremely heterogeneously and still very young. In this respect we have developed together with a client for the professional exit market a portal solution which covers the whole area of sale and evaluation process of portfolios or single real-estate.
