Ifweslowdownenoughtotuneintotheturningoftheseasonal3desandtheenerge3cquali3esofyetanotherpoignanttransi3on,manyofusnaturallyfeeldrawntotakeinventoryoftheyear,ofourlives,whereourlivesandcontribu3onsfitintothematrixofcrea3onunfoldingaroundus,andtosetinten3onsforthenextrevolu3onaroundthesun.Thisiswhatmanyofourancestorsdidforthousandsofyears.Inmyheart,themorepeopledosomethinglikethis,thebeEerforallofusandtheevolu3onofoursharedworld.Withreflec3oncomesdeeperunderstanding,andthismakesitmorelikelythatwewillhonorandintegrateourlearningaswemoveforward–individuallyandcollec3vely.Ihavebroughttogetherelementsofvariousprac3cesintoareflec3onexercisedesignedaroundthefollowingbasicques3ons:

1. Whathavebeenthemostsigni1icantmilestones,themes,learnings,andpatternsofthepastyear;howdothese1itintothegreaterarcofyourlife;andhowaretheyinformingyourpathgoingforward?

3. Whatintentionsdoyoufeelcalledtoplantforthenextyearthatwillhelpyoukeepmovingtowardswhatyouseepossible-foryourself,yourfamily,yourcommunities,andtheworld?
