Join us to celebrate Christmas in style!

Arrive at your leisure to the warmth of roaring log fires and twinkling Christmas trees, then enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the Terrace restaurant and bar.

In the evening, join us at 5pm for Children’s High-tea, while the parents enjoy a festive cocktail (or two!). Once the children are settled in the Beanbag Cinema Club for our festive film the Muppets Christmas Carol, time for Mum and Dad to enjoy a candlelit dinner accompanied by live music.

Christmas Eve

Join us for a leisurely traditional English breakfast with a glass of champagne to celebrate this special day.

Enjoy a five course Christmas lunch which begins in style with a Champagne and canapé reception. This is followed by a sumptuous lunch and then we are expecting a visit from Santa followed by the Queens’ speech with Christmas cake and coffee, while the children take part in our famous Woodland Treasure Hunt. Relax in the lounge for the rest of the afternoon before joining us again in the evening and enjoying a festive platter plus our traditional Christmas quiz.

Christmas Day

Boxing DayAfter breakfast why not take advantage of our superb location and explore the local area, which includes the magical New Forest and the historical quarters of Southampton and Portsmouth. If you prefer, just spend the day relaxing in the first-class Spa, play some board games or join us in the afternoon where our Sommelier will be hosting an informal wine tasting with nibbles to inform and enjoy the pairing of great wines and food. The day is finished off the day with a three-course dinner.
