1.CAUTION
WARNING:
1. The device only can be used to control the three‐phase AC asynchronous motor
2. The device AC output forbid to connect the switcher. DC Input can connect the switcher
according to the needs.
3. AC output forbid to connect the capacitance and noise filter or surge absorber.
4. Please use the equipment in allowed and storage conditions
5. Under any circumstances, without professional guidance, do not disassemble
the machine or touch the internal parts;
6. Forbid to maintain the equipment when system is Power‐on
7. Do not make the metal, liquid foreign body into the device, so as to avoid the damage of
equipment
8. To ensure good convection cooling effect, the device must be installed Vertically
9. Each wire connect to the device must be wrapped with electrical tape for safety
10. After the device be installed, please check the input voltage within the
corresponding standard then Power on
11. The height of the device installation should be over 1.1m or more, and please establish the
risk identified beside the device.
12. The device must be properly grounded
Storage conditions
1. Placed in dry, dust‐free.
2. Temperature of the storage location must be at the ‐40 ℃ to +65 ℃.
3. Relative Humidity of the storage location must be between 5% to 90% range, and
no condensation.
4. Do not store in the environment containing corrosive gas, liquid.
Operating environment:
1. The ambient temperature ‐20 ℃ ‐+50 ℃, if the ambient temperature is over 40 ℃, please
make sure that the environment is well ventilated.
2. Relative humidity 15%‐+95%RH, avoid installed in any condensation, frozen
or to contact any liquid place.
3. Prohibiting the installation location: direct sunlight, thick dust, corrosive gas or oil
mist, flammable gas, liquid.

The equipment of the environmental temperature will directly influence the durability
and reliability, make sure to use the environment to achieve the above requirements, prolong
the service life of the machine.
2.Brief introduction of equipment.
The HSPL/HXXXXL/HA/B series products are convert the DC output of the PV array to AC and
drives the pump, according to the PV array output power (caused by sunshine intensity
change) regulates output frequency to achieve the maximum power point tracking.
Solar pumping system is composed by Solar array, the equipment, and pump ,it is
mainly used for agricultural irrigation, desertification control, grassland animal
husbandry, city water, living water and other fields; with low carbon, energy saving, play an
active role in improve the water shortage area people's living standard and the ecological
environment.

2.2 CHARACTERISTICS
1. Applies to the use of three‐phase asynchronous motor pump;
2. MPPT, maximum power point tracking algorithm for dynamic VI, fast response speed, good
stability, the efficiency of MPPT 99%;
3. Fully automatic operation, can according to the actual situation to set free the speed range
of pumps
4. Using efficient SVPWM algorithm, the main circuit and high reliability, the
highest conversion efficiency up to 98% ;
5. Intelligent recognition of input voltage range, without the need to manually adjust the open
circuit voltage, maximum power point voltage
6. No button set to run automatically, only a switch control stop and boot;
7. The maximum flow support manually controlled, prevent stop and boot repeatedly when
water less or less needs of water
8. The function of protecting the motor complete, can choose the upper and lower water level
monitoring and control circuit, to prevent dry or over flow‘s pumping;
9. IP52~IP64, use environment temperature: ‐20 ℃ ~ +50 ℃;
10. Allows a wide range of input voltage, L type 250‐450Vdc, H type of 460‐750V

Remarks.
①The selection of pump: the pump can't: low head instead of the high head pump, high lift
pump is not the same place of low lift pump.
②: "lift range” and "flow range”: flow and head is inversely proportional, higher lift means low
flow.

3.2 DC Input
a. Please refer to the Table‐1 and check the input voltage whether within the standard or not...
Then input voltage can be measured by multi meter. For example:220V AC output ,so the DC
input voltage range is: 250V~450V
b. If you needs can connect the switcher
c. Please make sure the input negative and positive line wiring correcting
3.3 AC Output

AC output wiring method please refer to the Picture‐2, length of wire is 0.5M, include the
3‐phase and ground wire. The red color wire is for 3phase AC output,Yellow‐Green wire is for
Ground wiring. Please make sure correctly wiring and grounded, forbid to connect the switcher
between the device and pump.

Length wire of well and tank is 0.5M, each sensor have three wire, include High level of water
detect, middle level of water detect, low level of water detect. For example of Well Connecting
Method(Tank connect wire is the same):
1) The longest length of reserved wire is for well low level of water detect
2) The middle length of reserved wire is for well middle level of water detect
3) The shortest length of reserved wire is for well high level of water detect
Remarks: The connection is not on basis of line color difference, according to the length of
reserved line

3.5.1 Startup :Clockwise rotation, will hear “Click” sound when system startup, the black label
on the knob is correspond to the “Min” label. And LED display change from “OFF” to Voltage and
Frequency display. Rotate to the “Max” label the flow of system is maximum,and output
maximum frequency is 50/60Hz

3.5.2 Shut Down:Contra rotate until the black label on the knob is correspond to the “OFF” label,
and the LED display will show”OFF”
