Looking for the 2016 Nogales Solar Boat Team• Technical Team – Design/Race the boat

1. Solar / Electrical Design – Electrical Systems and Connections

2. Mechanical – Location of components for best balance/power, etc. Drive – gearing, propeller, drive shaft, drive shaft seal Drag reduction (ways to improve efficiency)

Steering

3. Safety Floatation/Balance/Bilge Pump location and power

4. Hull Design Build the Hull. Best paint. Help with the location of components

6. Video (also help from people not on team)• Water Conservation

7. Drivers – Testers, Racers (Long Distance and Sprinters)

Race at Lake Skinner• In early May• 3 Days• First Day Qualifications• Second Day Endurance• Third Day Drag Race

• Camping near the lake. Food is provided.

• Solar Cup races (team) May 13-15 (Fri-Sun)
