The Sol Scholarship

The Sol Scholarship is founded on an agreement between Sol and The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus with the aim of providing funding for high performing students across the campuses of the University of the West Indies including Cave Hill, Mona, St. Augustine and the Open Campus.

This partnership with the University of the West Indies is very much in line with the work which Sol has been undertaking across the region from a social investment and community development perspective. The scholarship is awarded to eligible students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels enrolled in:

• Engineering • Social Sciences • Science & Technology Faculties.

Through this programme, Sol will facilitate internships where possible to suitable candidates who demonstrate a high aptitude and interest in our various streams of business.

Who’s eligible?All fully matriculated students of the University of the West Indies’ four campuses at the undergraduate and post graduate levels enrolled in the Engineering, Social Sciences or Science & Technology Faculties are eligible to be awarded the scholarship.
