2. Front Page This is the first public interface for Customers, Visitors, Producers, Marketing Officers, Accountants, Leaders and System Administrators from SOFTTECK Ltd. It is a show room for the made in Rwanda Products where all products and different innovations from rural areas are listed in categories. It is flexible and it can be viewed on Computer and Smart Phones. The login click on menu called “INJIRA”.

3. Login Interface This interface allows you to login in the system. It is a must to enter the username and password you have been given during the registration. For example the username is: mwisoko1243 and password is: (secret).

4. The Password Recovery Form This interface allows recovering your password. You have to enter the email you have provided during the registration period, or the email you are using on this platform if you have updated it. If this is not working you can contact MWISOKO technical team for the support.

5. Marketing Officer Dashboard Once the Login is successful, you will be redirected to the main interface for all Marketing Officers. It is a place where SOFTTECK Ltd will be posting all the useful information for you to do the business successfully. The main links on this interface are Personal Information; Update the Profile Photo, Printing the MWISOKO Budge, Get Business Cards, Register the payment made by Producers and Check your Bonuses. Will keep updating this interface for your best used and benefits.

6. Edit Personal Information This interface allows you edit your personal information mainly your National Identification Number, Mobile phone numbers, emails and lastly but not least, the Account Number for BK or MTN Mobile Money Number to allow easy communication and payments of your bonuses.

7. Edit Your Profile Picture This Interface shows you the first Photo you have uploaded when you were registering with MWISOKO Project. This picture will be printed on your budge and on your Staff Cards. Make sure that, your Photo is good enough. You are allowed to update the picture you have sent by a new good Photo with a good design.

8. Download the Marketing Officer Budge The MWISOKO Marketing Officers have the option to download the MWISOKO Project BUDGE. If the system fails to download your Budge, it means that you did not upload your Photo, but if you have Uploaded and it is visible on top left side of the Marketing Officers main page, and the budge is not coming, try to upload another JPG Photo. At this time you will be able to Get Your Budge, which will be printed in color by the neared printing house. The estimate budget is between 1,000 FRW and 1500 FRW.

9. Download Your Business Cards Business cards help us to market ourselves. We encourage you, under your logins, to download these business cards and get them printed. The estimated cost is 300 FRW, meaning that if you pay 1,500 FRW you will get 50 Business Cards which will be given to 50 producers and other people you may meet such local leaders, etc

10. Register The Producers Payments This interface allows Marketing Officer to register any Payments made by any Producer. Remember that our system allows every Marketing Officer to work in every sector. The system will count the bonus based on the money paid by producers in your presence. It means that, you will ask the producer to pay on one of SOFTTECK accounts, and then you will have to record the payment information in the system thru this interface. SOFTTECK Ltd will cross check the validity of the information you have provided, and if every thing goes well, your bonuses will be topped up and you will get them paid to you at the end of every month.

11. Payment Proof. Every payment made by Producers is accompanied by the Payment Proof issued by SOFTTECK Ltd. This payment proof of Payment is downloaded from the MWISOKO Project Platform, under the Marketing Officer Main Dashboard. The producers also have the access on this payment proof for every payment done by them. The payment proof contains the information about SOFTTECK Ltd, the name of the Company, marketing Category (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum), the Financial Transaction Id (TID), the amount Paid and the name of the Marketing Officer who played the role in making this payment. When the payment s made on SOFTTECK Ltd BK account, you will record the (VERSEMENT ESPECES SLIP NO) OR BANK SLIP NUMBER: it is located on the top of the payment Slip and it is made with 6 digits and the paid amount. When the Payment is made on SOFTTECK Ltd Mobile Money account, you will record the Financial Transaction Id, it made of 9 digits and the paid amount of money. The SOFFTECK Accountant will be verifying one of those Numbers: Either the BANK SLIP NUMBER from our BK sms Banking, or The Financial Transaction Id from Mobile Money Message.

13. Steps to promote the Made in Rwanda on

MWISOKO Platform

Explanations 1. Cooperative/Company/Other Business has to register their trading name. 2. The Marketing Officer can support Cooperatives to register the name of Business. 3. CEO of Cooperative or CEO of the Company or Business Owner has to register 4. The CEO will register the 1st product, the available quantity and the unit Price. 5. The CEO will register the 2nd product, the available quantity and the unit Price. 6. The CEO will register the 3rd product, the available quantity and the unit Price. 7. See the next page

14. Payments, Payment Proof and Bonuses

Explanations 1. The Company and Marketing Officer agree on the amount to pay 2. The Payment is made on SOFTTECK Ltd Accounts 3. The CEO of the Company will register the payment information in the MWISOKO

Platform as per the given form. 4. The marketing Officer can also Register this payment info from the sms/bank slip

made by the Cooperative/Company/Individuals 5. The SOFTTECK Ltd Accountant verifies the validity of the information provided by

the Company or by the Marketing Officer before the payment is approved. 6. The CEO of the Company/Cooperative will be able to download the online payment

proof issued by SOFTTECK Ltd 7. The marketing officer Can also download this proof of payment on behalf of

17. How the payment is done First of all, the payments are made to the SOFTTECK Ltd Accounts. No cash in Hand. Marketing Officers are not allowed to receive any kind of Payment made by producers. You only have to keep the payment proof and register them in the platform thru the link located under your logins. 18. MWISOKO Live Chat The MWISOKO Live Chat, is a Communication Channel for MWISOKO Project. It has the capacity of accommodating more than 10,000 online users at once. It allows all producers, marketing Officers, Leaders, Sponsors, stakeholders, customers and the SOFTTECK Ltd staff to discuss and share ideas, challenges, best practices, etc. The MWISOKO Chat will be most used especially for communicating the quickest news. There will be one day per month, between Saturday and Sunday, where we will be using 30 minutes to discuss with SOFTTECK Ltd Staff. The price of this chart will be around 200 Frw in Cyber Caffee for those who don’t have the Internet enabled devices.

19. Bonuses Every Marketing Officer is entitled to get the bonuses on the payment made

by Producers if they have managed to register the payment information. It means that the payment is made on the SOFTTECK Ltd accounts using Mobile Money or by using the nearest BK Agency.

If the Producer has paid 20,000 and if the Marketing Officer has recorded the

payment information in the MWISOSO Platform, the bonuses are calculated using the following formulas.

This means:

1. The more we provide a good and best service, the more we get many people who need to market their businesses on www.mwisoko.com.

2. The more they pay much money, the more the Bonus increases. 3. The cost for marketing for 1 week is 6,000. If the Cooperative / company pays 6,000

you will get 1, 800 Frw as commission fee or Bonus. If they say that 6,000 are too much, you can negotiate with them on any amount between 2,000 and 6,000. The minimum we accept is 2,000 Frw.

4. Also, The cost for marketing for 1 Month is 20,000. If the Cooperative / company pays 20,000 you will get 6,000 Frw as commission fee or Bonus. If they say that 20,000 are too much, tell them that we have reduced 4,000 when compared to some one who pay for only one week and still you can negotiate with them on any amount between 8,000 and 20,000. The minimum accepted fee is 8,000 Frw.

5. Remember that Marketing Officers will get 30% of any paid fee on SOFTTECK Accounts.

6. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE MONEY IN CASH OR IN HAND
