#1 - Accountability for allGRADING PROCEDURES

Every effort should be made to assist all students to achieve mastery of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.Students will have two days for each day absent to make up missed workGiving a zero as a grade for missed work is not a best practice

GRADING POLICY:• Two grades entered into the gradebook each week

reflective of SE’s (participation grades are not acceptable)– This is imperative in order to allow timely

feedback to students of UIL eligibility• Minimum number/types of grades

– 15 daily grades (50%)– 2 test grades (30%)– 1 nine weeks test (20%)– 18 total grades
