locations

Introduction of Toll Free No. for inter utility co-

ordination

Stickers of Toll free No. pasted on

JCB/HDD Machines

Training imparted to JCB & HDD

GPS Mapper Damage Prone Location IdentificationCable Route Tracing

Cable Route Tracing of all the existing 11/33/66 KV Cables. Cable Routes are updated in GIS with the help of GPS Mapper. Approx. 5000 Fault prone locations identified for physical route markers

installation

Implementation

Page 5: SOCIO-TECHNICAL INITIATIVES

Precise cable route in GIS enhanced the awareness of cable route at root level

Easier to share the cable route profile and position of our UG network to other utilities.

Installation of physical route marker can be done accurately.

GIS Mapping

Introduction of Toll Free Number. 1500 Nos stickers pasted at various

JCB/HDD machines

Around 78 Nos. of Training imparted to JCB/HDD operators

More than 150 Nos call received at Toll Free Number

External Damage mitigation in all such cases with the joint effort of OMS, Zone & FLC Team.
