Background of the organization:

Bangladesh is the liberal democrat country of multilingual, multi creed, multi sectarian and one of the

developing and most mass populated country in the world. In our country safety can be considered from

a number of angles including personal security, individual safety, security might involve accessing a

service (i.e. cultural drives of insecurity, empowerment etc). Climate change, war & terrorism, Illiteracy,

Poverty, having drugs, spreading of HIV/AIDS, globalization and increasing emigrant & immigrant of the

poor people of the third world country consequent of the globalization, sexual harassment, Gender

discrimination, sex livelihood, man trafficking and juvenile delinquency etc are the universal drawback to

develop youth.

Prottoy Social Foundation is a non political and non profitable organization. Sikdarpara Samaj Kallayan

Samity has been working for primarily with poor and deprived people, girls, women, children, elderly and

underprivileged communities who are economically vulnerable, physically challenged, deprived of

education and health in Chakaria Upazila since 1985. The organization has been working for non

communal society, violence free religion society and non political violence. In the other side community

people are insecure living arrangements, numerous squatter evictions, weak social networks, the

absence of civic society institutions, absence of legal and public services and deprived coordination

among the services compound the vulnerability of girls and women. This is another attempt to respond

to the areas demand to provide awareness of male, female and adolescent for safe and secure mobility

of women. To make positive equivalent contribution both man and women in rising process Sikdarpara

Samaj Kallayan Samity has emerged on 1985 to work for dignified life of women, which will lead the state

to create and equal society.

Vision:

Prottoy Social Foundation dreams a society, the society will be free from violence and free from poverty. The people of the society will live with harmony.

Governance:

Prottoy Social Foundation has a 23 member General Committee (GC) drawn from all section of

enlightened personalities of the society. The GC elects a 7 Member Executive Committee (EC) from its

own member for smooth functioning of the organization. Executive Director and full time workers

implement the program, who is assisted by a group of efficient and professional field staff.

Also we will develop a plan to set the indicator to judge the progress of the work as per plan and to take the initiative to modify and if necessary to change the technique support , The line item budget it self is the monitoring and evaluation plan of this project.

3. Monitoring structure on Regional level: Sikdar Para Samaj Kallayan Samity Monitoring officer and core team will implement the Donor prescribed M&E tools, Monthly M&E data collection, Quarterly data collection, Monthly data Reviewed, Half yearly data collection, Monthly Progress report, and Annual progress report competed and also regular follow-up as per detail activity plan & action plan. During this period Amra Kori-Cox’bazar facilitator to develop the Participatory M&E process to Targeted people.

Organizational Management: The organization has a general body of 23 members. General Committee selects the executive committee of 07 members for 03 years. The general body appoints a chief
