Introduction The Social Syndication Management module of ZINFI’s partner marketing management (PMM) platform makes it easy for vendors to distribute social media content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms via their channel partner network. Channel partners can either auto-stream or manually customize each feed made available to them for instant or scheduled posting on their profile or company pages.

Social Post Management

The Social Syndication Management module makes it a snap for you to quickly set up dynamic content for social media platforms for your own use or for use by your partners, helping you increase content reach with less effort.

The module includes in-depth analytics, which you and your partners can use to measure the effectiveness of specific distributed content. Using our content distribution scheduler, vendors and channel partners can save hours of time by automating complex distribution processes.

Social Account Setup Management

Vendors and their channel partners can use the Social Syndication Management module to connect social accounts like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The integration of different platforms via a direct connector is an important feature of the module, allowing data to flow smoothly across diverse platforms. This provides your organization with instant, detailed insights into campaign results for each instance of shared content—without having to visit individual channel partners’ social profiles.

Post Scheduling Management

Use the Social Syndication Management module to make marketing content available to channel partners for immediate use. Your partners can then choose a specific a date and time to post the content on their corporate social accounts to generate leads.

As people interact with the content, channel partners can direct prospects to their own customized, co-branded microsites embedded in the content. Our robust post-scheduling management features give channel partners the flexibility they need in posting content with optimal timing.

Manage Social Syndication Looking Up for Existing Social Accounts

1. Click on Marketing in the top sections.

2. Click on Manage Accounts in the left menu bar under Social Syndication.

3. View the list of social accounts connected with the platform

4. To remove a specific social account, click on Delete.

5. To link a company page to an existing social account, click on Link Company Page.

6. If you wish to connect a new social account, click on Add.

Add a Social Account

1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Syndication > Manage Accounts. You will see any social accounts that you had previously linked to here.

2. If you are linking to a NEW account, click the “Add” button.

New Account Set Up

1. Select the social media platform you wish to link in the Account Type section.

2. Provide a screen name of the account in Account Name. 3. Select the check box if the account is a Corporate Account or else, keep it unchecked.

4. Click Next to get directed to the login screen of the selected social media platform, where you can input your credentials and connect to that platform.

Linking Company Pages

Once an account has been linked, the company pages associated with that account will be pulled in from the social account and displayed to the user for linkage to that account. Only one page can be linked to an account.

1. Click on the “Link Company Page” action.

2. Choose the Link Page you are interested in.

3. Click on Save to link that page with the selected social account or click on Return to cancel the operation.

Manage Posts

1. To create a new post for distribution to your partners, click on Create Post (see that section below).

2. To look for a specific post in the existing list, use the filtration option and click on Search.

3. You can choose to use any of the below-mentioned parameters to search for a post:

a. Campaign – Select the campaign name

b. Post For – for whom is the post created – CP = post available for partner syndication, Own Post = post used internally

c. Post Tag – to search a post based on the tag associated with the post

d. Post Type – for which social platform is the post created for? (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

e. Post Title – search for keywords in the title of the post

f. Quarter – post creation quarter

4. You may perform various actions for the listed posts as mentioned below:

a. Quick Post – post the content as it is on the social platform without any changes

b. Edit & Post – post the content on the social platform after making the required changes (see the Create a New Post section for an explanation of the fields in this section)

c. Delete – delete the post from the list

5. Review the posts created scheduled for deployment on the social platform in the Scheduled Post section.

a. To remove the scheduled post from the list, click on Delete next to that scheduled post.

6. To track the progress of the posted content on various social platform, review the content in Track Posted Content section.

7. You may repost a used content after making required changes by clicking on Edit & Repost (the small pencil icon).

Create a New Post

1. Click on “Create Post”.

2. Once inside, you will see the following fields.

a. Campaign – select the campaign name with which you would like to associate the post

b. Post For – for whom would you like to create this post, CP Post = post available for partner to syndicate, Own Post = Internally used post

c. Post Title – provide a title to the post

d. Long URL - Provide the URL of the landing page you wish to direct your end user to. You can also generate a shorter version of the URL based on the social platform restrictions by clicking on Generate URL – and this will appear in the Generated Short URL field.

e. Quarter - select the campaign quarter this post will be associated with, if any.

f. Post Type - Select the social platform (Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn) that this post is being created for.

g. Post Content – this is where you input the text content for your post. (notice the character count underneath this field will adjust based on which social paltform you selected in the Post Type field).

h. Published – checking this box will allow this post to be published.

i. Post Tag – chose between various tagging indicators such as Cloud, Debut or Skype (these are cusotmizable to set various tagging categories)

j. Format Type – pick what type of post style you are going to use (“Text Only”, “Image Only” or “Link and Text”. Note: Text and Image combo posts are coming soon.)

3. Once done, click on “Save” and you will see your post appear in the Available Post(s) section on the main page.
