Problem Statement Design OverviewMotivations- Integrate realtime buzz and social marketing into offline storefronts- Improve the offline shopping experience of customers- Provide targeted, product-by-product browsing analytics to businesses
- Products are registered on analytics web app.- QR code is generated for each product- Customers user mobile app to scan QR codes and “save” products- Saved products are broadcasted to friends’ feeds- Product recommendations are provided based on browsing history- Browsing analytics provided on web app.
- Online stores have access to pageviews- Physical storefronts have no access to browsing analytics- Products in online stores are easily shared through social media- Products sold offline have no way to tap into buzz / social marketing
