What is SROI?
• An innovative way to measure and account for the value that you create by your work
• Either ‘evaluative’ or ‘forecast’
• The technique uses social accounting and cost benefit analysis to place a monetary value on outcomes
Why try to measure our impact?
• To understand the social, environmental, and economic value created by our work
• Maximise positive change and minimise possible negative outcomes
• Reconsider which stakeholders we should be working with
