The Chicago Southland CVB welcomed five new members to their Board of Directors recently.
The 30 member Board of Directors consists of representatives from
the 20 funding municipalities and other governmental and industry appointments that oversee and
advocate for the CSCVB.
Sales Team Generates Leads for the Chicago Southland
The CSCVB sales team attended two trade shows in the month of November. Between the two shows, they generated 26 prospects and made contact with 80 different organizations.

Meetings Quest Chicago, which focused on meeting planners,
on November 15 in Rosemont.Kristy Stevens also attended
Rejuvenate Marketplace, which focuses on planners of faith-based events, November 7-9 in San Jose, CA.
Visitors Guide Sent to PrinterThe CSCVB 2012 Visitors
Guide was sent to the printer after careful review by the staff. 125,000 copies of the guide will be printed. Distribution will begin at all hotels, airports, malls, tourist information centers, chambers of commerce, and municipalities. Distribution will begin in mid-January.
