BRIEFIn preparation for their global strategy, Syngenta global wanted to have a better understanding of their online audiences and perceptions of their brand and recommendations on how to correct misperceptions about their business.
APPROACH
Created a 3 stage bespoke analysis process which included:
1) DATA COLLECTION: Starting with a group session to collect what people knew, confirmed by a global internal survey.
2) ANALYSIS: Included a) A data analysis of their own reports b) blogger influence and impact c) media analysis looking at the way Syngenta communicates today
