In the Prince George School District, the board is considering a policy that would provide guidelines for the “use and creation” of materials developed by employees and students. Any lessons developed by teachers during the school day using school equipment/software belonged to the school. The board expanded this to include work created for school by teachers on their own time, equipment and software, also belonged to school.
