Social Media Advocacy Program• It is a marketing program where members and

representatives of BPW International share brand related content on their personal social media networks.

• By sharing brand content, members actively represent BPW International and promote thought leadership.

• Through a program that is managed, we can ensure that all advocates adhere on consistency, tone and message that BPW International represents.

Social Media Advocacy Program• The program is conducted through the Newzsocial platform.

All BPW International advocates are invited to this program by email.

• The program will currently run on Facebook, Twitter andLinkedIn.

• The program will be managed by Curate Bee - the marketing team for BPW International; the team who will liaise with all BPWI advocates regarding this marketing program.

• To promote thought leadership, brand awareness and social engagement.

• To help all advocates build a stronger digital profile.

• To extend the reach of all the organisation’s blogs, events, announcements, culture, etc.

Getting Started

1. Receive your login details (we will send

you an email)2. Login to Newzsocial 3. Connect Social Media

accounts

Connect Your Social Media Accounts

• Click on an icon to Connect your Social profile for that network.

• You may connect multiple accounts.

• You need to connect at least one (1)social account to continue.

Select Social Touchpoints• Click on the + next to the list in the left pane to

select a touch point– Which network to post on– How often you wish to post in 24 hours– Choose approval mode: automatic or manual

• Click “Continue”• Once complete, let us knowand we will check if the setupis done correctly.

Content Curation• Curate Bee search for recent and relevant articles from over 70,000 web

sources like:– BPW Website– Google News– LinkedIn Pulse (Professional Women)– NewzSocial channels on women empowerment, leadership and

advocacy

Content Curation• Curate Bee pools the content into one queue that is

sent to advocate accounts, to be posted on the advocates’ wall and/or timeline.

Advocate Approval• Curated articles are then subject to advocate approval

• This step is skipped if an advocate has set approval mode on auto. If the approval mode is manual, see next slide.

Advocate Approval• For those in manual approval, download and install the

NewzSocial Chrome plug-in: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/newzsocial/bjgigjkhmbeikmecahojgopghijkoahj?hl=en

• Once logged in, you can approve queued posts directly from the Chrome browser.

• Alternatively, you can login to your Newzsocial Account and visit the Approve tab for manual approvals.

Advocate Approval• Write your post comment before the

“via @BPWI” branding

• Click Delete if you think the article is not appropriate

• Click Approve if you want the article be posted

Admin Approval• All advocate approved articles will then be checked by Curate Bee

to ensure compliance with BPW International Marketing Strategy

• These articles will then be posted to the advocate’s social network based on the selected frequency
