Introduction: Objectives
1. Identification of successful (“best practice”) examples to design, develop and promote technologies and services in the knowledge economy and society, inclusive to, and accessible by, all its citizens; and
2. Promotion of policy recommendations to stimulate, facilitate or support proactive measures in IST design, development and use towards mainstreaming employment, vocational training and education in the knowledge economy and society.
