If roads are unlit, attendees should be encouraged to take a torch for their walk back to their accommodation. People should be encouraged to walk back with others, particularly in unfamiliar surroundings and following drinking alcohol. If anyone has not been to the accommodation prior to meeting others in a pub, the responsible person should ensure they know the route back or are escorted by others. Suitable clothing and footwear to be worn, particularly if the route goes off road. If a member of UMSU is becoming violent or aggressive a responsible person should speak to them and make them aware their behaviour is unacceptable. If they are asked to leave, they may need to be escorted home if they have drunk a lot of alcohol. At no
