    that, correct?

    A. Correct.

    Q. And the program was set up so that prescriptions that came

from the state where the doctor was licensed should not have

been routed to that doctor, correct?

    A. Correct.

    Q. And if one occasionally slipped through, then that doctor

would simply not prescribe on that based on the understanding

that he was not to prescribe in his state, correct?

    A. That could happen with the amount of volume. We would

    process anywhere from, I don't know, 800 to 1500 orders a day.

    So that could have happened.

    Q. But then it would be up to the doctor to catch that and

    just not --

    A. Right.

    Q. You talked about the informed consent form, that's

Prosecution Exhibit No. 2, the informed consent, and then you

have the patient's responsibility. Now, the patient had the

    opportunity to review that, correct?

    A. Correct.

    Q. And, in essence, the patient indicated that they had in

fact reviewed that before it ever went to the doctor; isn't

    that correct?

    A. That was the -- in other words, the patient's consent

    form?
