Well ,as a president of this company i have to guide my company, i put my Workers on the department they will have a good performance, i respect them, i help them, i gave them what they need, follow the law , and i just want them to do their job and enjoy work at “AASTTEM”.

SALES’ MANAGERAs a sales’ manager i’m in charge of supervising, support and give advices the salesman so they produce big incomes to our company. Also i give them courses so they can accomplish the company’s goal.

My charge is the publicity of this company using the television, radio and news paper so they can reach to the consumers, therefore they can choose the product they need, therefore we use interesting, brightful and attractive materials that can attract consumers to buy our product.
LEGAL DEPARTMENT
In this department, we are in charge of legal requirements to not commit a crime while the product is out for sale, also to protect the rights of the soap sales.
