folder will be in the counseling center to pick up

Senior Electives
Ask yourself: Do I need Credit Recovery?Credit Recovery and Summer School gives
you an “S” and the credit, but not a letter grade○ An “S” counts towards graduation and is
accepted at community colleges○ If you need a letter grade for college purposes
or to help your GPA, you can retake the course or take an online course
○ Talk to your counselor for more information
Electives
Spanish Literacy 2 (full-year course)For students who speak Spanish fluently at
home, but struggle with Spanish reading and writing skills
Can take the STAMP (proficiency) test and earn additional Spanish credits
Not appropriate for students who only speak Spanish at a beginning or early intermediate level
Electives Student Government Interested in being in Leadership? Be a

How to Fill Out Your Form
All of your required choices need a Electives will be at the bottom of the
form in order of preference#1 is the first thing that will go into your
schedule Your required credits and top elective

Forecasting Sheet
Neither Late Start nor Early Release are guaranteedIf there is a class you need or want, and it is
offered 4th period, plan to have a 4th period class.
Schedule changes will NOT be honored for a work schedule or to accommodate early release/late arrival
Must have parent signatures for early release, late arrival
Reminders Bring the folder and your forecasting form to turn in
You will meet with your counselor to review individually during English○ If you have English on an A day: Monday, March 6th ○ If you have English on a B day: Tuesday, March 7th
○ Ask us questions at this time; you will not get an individual appointment before then
Parent Signature is needed on your form If you forget your form, you will have to fill out one on-the-spot
You will enter your choices into your Student VUE account in History classes Monday/Tuesday, March 13th and 14th
If you have an IEP or are in the ELL program, your case manager will review your forecasting form with you
Final date for forecasting changes: Friday, April 14th
