They are not licensed in NJ (at least, not as York Risk Management Services). They do conduct business around the Nation, through smaller adjuster offices they have absorbed/acquired. They didn’t “create” thousands of jobs – they “acquired” thousands of already employed folks – downsizing many.

This huckster has the nerve to come to a shore community devastated by Superstorm Sandy, who are living daily with the paperwork hassles and stonewalling by some insurers over valid claims. Their lives are turned upside down by people just like MacArthur, and yet he wants to come down here and represent them.
