In the unlikely event that our representative is not standing there, passengers are requested to proceed towards Terminal 1 to the Central Area „Z“, and ot go to our TUI Transfer Informations Desk at level 3 (this is in the rental car area).

Meeting point with the „Arlberg Express“ coach is in front of Terminal 2 at the arrival level. The bus will be ready for boarding one hour prior to departure.

GVA Arrival Geneva Airport

After baggage claim and once through cus-toms, passengers are requested to proceed to the „AEROSKI-Gare Routier“ Desk in the arrival area. Clients will have to exchange their bus voucher against bus tickets. Coa-ches depart outside the International arrival level-1.

Please note that we should receive one copy of your voucher before arrival of your clients. Vouchers issued by you should state: <<Reser-ved and payable through “TUI Incoming“ in order to avoid any incon-veniences for your clients.>>

RATES

All rates are in EURO and net to Alps & Cities 4Ever GmbH. The rates are based on the present price conditions and are subject to alteration. Prices may change in case of printing or typing errors. Rates are not valid during trade fairs. Hotel rates are per person/night and applicable for FITs. Some hotels offer special group rates. Unless otherwise spe-cified a minimum stay of seven nights (Saturday-Saterday) is required in the ski resort.

SPECIAL OFFER

Some hotels offer reductions in low season weeks - (Stay 07 nights - Pay for 06). These offers are not applicable for group bookings.

LEGAL DOMICILE

Legal domicile is Innsbruck, however legal action can be taken in any other court. Austrian law applies.

TICKETS

Tickets for cultural and sportive events (e.g. theatre, opera, concert) or seat reservations (e.g. train, ship) have to be paid in full at time of reservation/confirmation by TUI Incoming alps & cities a trade mark of Alps & Cities 4Ever GmbH and are nonrefundable. For ski pass sales we add a handling fee of EURO 3,- per person.

LIABILITY

Alps & Cities 4 Ever G.m.b.H. acts only as agent for the hotels and the various other companies involved and assumes no liability in case of injuries, loss of baggage or property, delays, inconveniences or additio-nal costs incurred for any reason.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

GROUPS08 weeks prior to arrival 40% of the total amount, 03 weeks prior to arrival the remaining amount. Payment may be made either by cash or by bank transfer, free of charge to the payee, to our account No. 528 4800 1233 at Uni Credit Bank Austria AG (see above). Reservations will be cancelled automatically and without note if payment is not effected in time. In case payments are delayed, interest (official Austrian bank rate) will be charged. Furthermore the client is obliged to pay not only the reminder charges but also to take over any costs arising through the pursuit of our claims.

INDIVIDUALSFull payment due 21 days prior to arrival. Payments by bank drafts or official bank transfers in Euro only. Private cheques will not be accep-ted.
