PEEDAM FULL MOON YAGAM
Date : 16.08.2008 Place: Yaga Salai
SRI SAKTHI AMMA’S DISCOURSE ON POURNAMI
Bakthi ( faith) is to accept what ever be received as good for us. Because God is not sum odd power. God is the power which is spread over all the worlds. People worship God in different ways and name differently such as ambal, appa, allah, and so on. In what our way we worship God the power is only one. That power is wholesome, full of wisdom, full of power which holds everything with in.
There is nothing wrong in asking what we need from God. But God knows what is good for us. So it is not always we receive what we ask for. For instance, say a mother has four children. Out of love she makes four different dishes according to the likes of her four children. She doesn’t make dishes which she likes but prepares such verities which she deems good for her children. If a mother of four children could care so much for her children, just think how much more our mother God cares for all of us. So one must have patience and unconditional faith.
On this auspicious day I bless that with Ambal’s wholesome blessings all the life beings in all the worlds be happy and comfortable.
