Adding New K ey Figures to t he Data Mat r ix

Customers may want to display key figures in the data matrixscreens that are not provided in the standard SNC delivery.The purpose of this document is to provide you an example ofhow to create custom key figures and add them to the SNC

data matrix screen.In this document we will provide step by step instructions on

how to add two custom key figures: Goods Receipt and Usageto the SMI Details screen.

Go to transaction SM31` and enter in table/view /SCF/CBVV. Click on Maintain.

In this screen click on theNew Entries button.

These are the field valuesneeded.

The entries are the samefor both key figures. The onlydifference is the “SequenceNumber’. This number defineswhere on the SMI GRID thekey figure will be displayed.

Choose 80 and 81 for GoodsReceipt so they will appearin the last rows.

Search for the Data Matrix“ICHRPL1” and Aggregation

Level “PRDLOCTOPRTFRPM”.

The key figures need to becreated. Click on the New Entriesbutton.
