Personal coaching – powerful personal development
We offer three programs for employees who would like one-on-one coaching
for their individual development. These increase in intensity: short & powerful,
high impact and intensive. During an intake session, a coach advisor will see
to it that a good match is found with the right coach. This will always be an
accredited and certified coach from our pool of coaches, which ensures
that the coach will fit with the request and work according to a proven
vision. The coach will set up a custom program in which the work context
of the person being coached plays an essential role. The coach will draw
on the full range of Schouten Global’s interventions. Each person has
access to a personal development environment on MySN.
Team coaching – results driven group development
Often a group of employees needs development in a particular subject area.
For this we develop a program that focuses on the business issue at hand
while also tailoring the program to the individual. This is a powerful method
to bring a group of employees or supervisors to a desired level quickly. We
dare, like no other supplier, to commit to outcomes and results. The team
coaching program starts with a joint kick-off, followed by personal coaching
sessions for the individual team members. In consultation with you, we will
compose a dedicated pool of coaches in line with the size of each group.
Managed coaching services – organizational coach structure Many organizations feel a need to get a better grip on coaching to make it
an effective development intervention. We can advise you on what a good
structure should look like, one that is based on your own organization’s
vision and objectives. We can manage all aspects of coaching by setting up
an experienced and high-value, full service coach desk. We will take on the
entire logistical and administrative process so you can focus on your business.
A dedicated pool of accredited and certified coaches, will be selected to fit
your organization. This pool may also include coaches who already coach
your organization. In that case, we will offer them a freelance contract after a
thorough assessment. You will receive a full overview of all costs and
results of the coaching programs. And we will manage and professionalize
your pool of coaches along the way. The outcome for you is a fully integrated

Integrated coaching
From a didactive perspective, our approach is based on the 70-20-10 principle. Research has shown
that 70% of learning takes place in the work environment, 20% through colleagues, supervisors and
classic coaches and only 10% in classic training courses. That is why we do not limit our coaching
to face-to-face sessions. Our coaches integrate the work context into the coaching program. In
order to coach in the work context, our coaches use a range of interventions like video, Skype
and assignments through the client’s personal MySN-environment. Any coach we assign is fully
trained and certifi ed in the use of these tools. He or she will know how to use the entire toolkit
both eff ectively and fl exibly, customized to each situation.
