Migration Setup

1. Create your account

Visit app.data2crm.com and register your Data2CRM account. Provide your

name, email, choose the password and specify your phone number.

2. Source CRM URL

• Specify your Vtiger URL, select CRM Source type.• Then provide your username and specify the access key*.

*Vtiger Open SourceTo get Vtiger access key, follow the instruction below:

Login to your Vtiger CRM.

Copy ‘Access Key’ and paste it in the migration wizard.

Go to ‘My preferences’.2

*Vtiger On DemandTo find out Vtiger On Demand access key, just follow steps below:

Login to your Vtiger CRM

On Demand.

Copy ‘Access Key’ and paste it in the migration wizard.

Go to ‘My preferences’.2

3. Specify Target CRM

Select your CRM type, in this case choose Solve360.

Provide your URL, email and API token.

• To find your API token, login in your

Solve360 account.

• In the right corner of page layout you will

find More button. Click on it and select My

Account.

• Then in the My Account menu click on API token, copy and paste the API key

into the corresponding field of migration wizard.

4. Select Migration Options

Check the boxes

to activate the following

migration options:

• Account

• Contact

• Task

• Opportunity

Note! Contact with your account manager

and find out more about migration of users,

leads and other CRM entities.

5. Start Demo Migration

Now, start your Demo Migration. Data2CRM moves up to 20 items of all specified

modules for you to see how the service works.

Note. You can skip this

step and start Full

migration right away

6. Start Full CRM Migration

Proceed with the CRM data migration to Solve360.

After you start the full migration,

your Vtiger data will be

moved directly to Solve360.

You'll receive an email

notification as soon as

the transfer is complete.

7. Full Migration Is CompleteCongratulations! Now you may check up the result of migration and

enjoy your new Solve software.
