As a kid, I remember my grandfather cooking in the kitchen at Gull Lake View on Sunday mornings. The man could flip an egg with the best of them. He had a knack for food: His prime rib was a dream and his stuffing recipe is one of the great child memories of days past. When Charles joined the business in 1975, he added is flair for golf design. His art at making golf courses was no less profound and passionate than Darl’s take on food. Collectively, they are what makes this place great. So here’s to Darl & Charles, thanks guys. Now it’s time to pig out! SMOKEHOUSE & GRILL
