to track his progress on each objective. S. Skruch willcheck with Garvey regarding a blueprint for UnitAssessments to easily identify which questions relatesto which objective. Unit Assessment data will be pulledfrom Edugence to compare how 10th grade classes asa whole performed on each objective and to identify

areas needing to be re-taught through spiraling.(Completed in PD Groups and after school meetings).Administrators will identify 10th grade BubbleStudents and students who failed TAKS last year foreach respective math teacher. L. Cheatham and S.Skruch will meet with teachers of identified studentsevery three weeks to follow up on their academicprogress. Specifically, the Administrative Team at Smith

will closely monitor student grade, student progress onUnit Assessments, student progress on homework/dailywork (number of zeroes) in grade book; studentattendance at tutorials, and parent contacts. Studentswho fail at the 3-6-9 work week period will be requiredto attend 70 minutes of tutorials with his/her mathteacher. During that time each teacher will provide afocused re-teach/tutorial regarding material needingattention; re-teach weak objectives as identified in

Edugence, unit assessments, etc. L. De Lemos willorganize lesson plans from the Americas ChoiceAccelerated Curriculum, Math Navigator or Going theDistance curriculum. Lessons will be placed on S drivefor teachers to use as options for their focused tutorialtime.
