Side walls were primed before placing the HD reinforcing plates to keep the surface below from

rusting.

3/8” AR Liner was used to construct the HD reinforcing

plates. They were extended ¾ up the sidewalls for higher than industry standard support.

Standard oil site gage provides operators with clear maintenance

requirements.

Easily accessible grease cirques reduce maintenance times.

• 2-150MM HD Bearings on each shaft.

• Oil Bath or Greased Bearing Design Available.

• HD 1 1/2” Tubing used to construct bearing housing.

• Dodge Cog Belted Dual Drive Design

• Single Drive Design is available for lighter loads.

• Design includes a ring on the sheave to keep the cog belt securely in place.

• Eccentric Side Weights and counter-weighted shaft provide

7/16” stroke

• Eccentric Counter Weights were place as close to the bearings as

possible to reduce wear and increase life cycle.

• 2-30HP motors power the drive at approximately 840 RPM

• The stroke is easily adjusted by modifying the speed of the motor

with drive sheaves.

• Large, HD feed box is 22-24” standard.

• HD AR liner is included in the feed box and discharge standard.

• AR liner can be added to the deck sides as an option.

• Design can accommodate common screen media such as wire and

polyurethane decks.

• HD deck sections are Huck-Bolted to side sheets and bolted to each other to

increase strength.

• Dual crowned deck sections are standard on 7 & 8 ft. wide machines.

• Optional 3/8” rubber shields are available for safety.

• Middle tension rail bolt guards protect bolt heads from damage.

• 1 up 1 down screen hook arrangement.

• Tension Rails are designed to maximize usable screen surface

area.

• Tension Rails are designed to reduce the effect of “unders”

material riding on the rail thereby increasing screen accuracy.

These color coded diagrams will show you how it works:A weight (red) is held in balance through a central unit (green), and attached to a cap (orange) by a bolt (yellow). The weight is held close to the central unit by the force exerted by a large coil spring (blue). As power is supplied to the shaft (purple), this entire assembly turns with it. Since the weight is held in balance around the shaft, overthrow during startup is eliminated. After a speed of several hundred R.P.M. is attained, centrifugal force on the weight overpowers the force of the coil spring keeping the weight in balance with the shaft and throws the weight out of balance with the shaft and throws the weight out of balance causing the desired vibration. The weight is connected via a bolt to a cap. This cap not only stops the weight, but is attached to the bolt by a threaded nut at the end. By simply adjusting this nut, one can control how far out the weight will go, and thus how much vibration is sent to the deck.
