DilutionWhen using EOs topically, consider blending with a carrier oil such as V-6, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil or other “fatty” oils.

If using an EO as a perfume, mix with distilled water and put into a 1 oz glass spray bottle.

When diffusing, choose a WATER diffuser and add just 3-4 drops instead of 6-8 each time.
