Troubleshooting

Connection After installing the SmartThings app, Samsung SMART READY appliance is not connected to the app.ConnecttheSamsungSMARTREADYappliancetoawirelessrouterbeforeusingtheapp.

The SSID connection to the product is not made immediately.IftheconnectionislostwhentheproductisinAPmode,disablethe"Smartnetworkswitch"functiononyoursmartphoneandtryagain.

The product is not connected to a wireless router.MakesurethattheSSID(name)ofthewirelessrouterisacombinationofEnglishandnumericcharacters.WhentheSSIDcontainsanyspecialcharacters,changeitsname.
