  4. 4. Learning Intention To set personal learning goals based on the 'SMART Goals' theory Success Criteria To have set 3 learning goals for the term. To have considered ways to improve your performance. To have asked questions and sought feedback on personal performance and how to improve it.

  7. 7. Goal Setting We are going to set personal learning goals for this term. To do this you will need to think about your preferred Multiple Intelligence, work habits and achievements so far. Think about your achievements in PL so far. What have you achieved that you are proud of? State one piece of work you think you could have put more effort into. What would you do differently?
