In response to the CDC’s guidance to implement social distancing to slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and in an effort to protect employees and customers, the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (Authority) will be suspending in-person services at its three customer service offices effective Monday, March 23, 2020. The Authority is also suspending in- person services with customers in the field. The drive-through window at our Tavernier Customer Service Office will remain open. Drop boxes are also conveniently located at our three customer service offices and on Ships way in Big Pine Key. The Authority is encouraging customers to use the variety of online service options available to manage their account at www.fkaa.com. Register your water account by creating your MYFKAA and have access to: § Online payments § Prepayments § Manage autopay and payment methods § View your invoices § Monitor your usage § Pay by text Online at www.fkaa.com you can: § Pay your bill § Apply for Senior Citizen and Disabled Veteran discount program § Apply for toilet rebate program § Apply for new water meter § Apply for utility permit § View meter consumption § Apply for leak abatement § Sign up for code red notifications A Customer Service Representative is available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm to assist with all needs by dialing 305-296-2454.
